Me: I’m gonna be productive! =D Let’s just open this program up and… MUST DRAW SANDY!!!! Graaaaaahhh!!!

One of my favorite idiots is now pretty much a sewer witch? Yes, please!

The Monkey Magic reboot is so weird, but I’m digging it. (I mean, one of my favorite tropes is in it, so… Yeah. Love me some girl-in-disguise.) Sandy was love at first sight, and then she opened her mouth and it was like discovering Sirena Von Boo in her entirety all over again. I is a happy camper.

I don’t know if it’s on American Netflix or if it was only produced by the Australian leg, but there’s a really great new show that’s a retelling of Journey Into the West called The New Legends of Monkey, and the cast is a mix of Aboriginal, Maori and Asian actors, and all the bad guys are blond white guys. It’s delightfully cheesy with some laugh out loud moments and the costumes and sets are fantastic and it’s really fantastic to see so many native actors in a cool fantasy setting

There’s a bit of a Mulan/Shang situation going on with Trip and Monkey, and it’s just a whole lot of fun

(upon retrieving the url for the video, it looks like some or all of the episodes are up on youtube? So you might want to check it out there if it takes your fancy)

I’m so goddamn mad that oil companies have known climate change is real for decades and did everything to stop people from acting on it. I want to burn their offices down. I want to throw their CEOs into a fucking pit. The world is being destroyed because some filthy rich fucks saw the end coming and figured making money off it was better than saving it. That’s pure evil, plain and simple.

Exxon knew about climate change almost 40 years ago and took steps to suppress the evidence

Likewise Shell.

This isn’t a conspiracy theory, this is a documented historical fact, and people’s heads should literally be rolling for it.
